THE SUPER ADMIN

There is a fundamental admin role, the Super Admin, which is the apex admin role for managing and administrating the admin section of your website. This role combines exceptional authority with unparalleled responsibility to ensure that your organization's administrative duties and digital governance are carried out, and the digital information remains protected, organized, and accessible when needed. Sometimes, these responsibilities require delegation and that’s where the Role Based Access comes in. You are allowed to create different roles and invite various admins, who may be (members, staff, volunteers, or executives) in your organization.

As the Super Admin, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Admin(s) Management: Create, modify, or remove admin roles, for sub-admins with precision on a permissions basis, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to critical resources and information.
  • Data Security: Implement robust access controls, data access, and other security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Track and audit user activity to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Centralized Management: Manage all aspects of your digital infrastructure from a single control panel, simplifying and streamlining operations.

With the role-based access feature, we are setting a new standard for data governance within your organization, enabling you to adapt to evolving security and data protection challenges and compliance requirements.

  • Access-Based Roles: Tailored Permissions for Enhanced Productivity

The Role-Based Access will grant the right level of permissions to any member and/or executive of your organization that you intend to invite/promote to an admin role. These roles are designed to match the responsibilities of specific teams, departments, or individuals, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need while maintaining security and data integrity.

Some key benefits of Access-Based Roles include:

  • Granular Permissions: Assign specific permissions/privileges to admins, allowing them to access only the information and features required for their tasks.
  • Increased Productivity: Eliminate unnecessary access restrictions while preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data based on your organizational leadership hierarchy.
  • Efficient Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration by providing access to relevant resources across the organization.
  • Flexibility: Easily adapt and modify role assignments as your organization evolves, ensuring that roles always match your needs.

As we implement these new roles, we will provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining a seamless user experience while enhancing your digital security.

At Techamaka, we believe in staying ahead of the curve when it comes to the digital secretariat. With the introduction of the Access-Based Roles, we are confident that we are taking a giant leap forward in protecting your data and promoting collaboration across your organization.
